Q: What happens after my trial period?
A: You can choose one of our packages and pay to continue using our Journal system.
Q: Which mode of payment do you use?
A: We accept payment through bank as well as PayPal.
Q: Are there any additional cost/fees?
A No. All the prices are final and all-inclusive. There are no hidden charges for using our Journal Management Software.
Q: Is the Basic Package right for me?
A The Basic Package is a great entry point for starting a journal. It is the perfect way to start journal publishing in-house. Standard Journal Website Design & hosting in included in the nominal charges. It is a great way to get a feel of our software. You can later upgrade to Professional or Plus package for more features.
Q: Can I upgrade my Package at anytime?
A Yes, of course. The amount deposited with us will be adjusted against the upgraded package.
