A: The issues are saved on cloud. We can provide the back up if the journal website is hosted with us.
Q: What if I need any support?
A: Our support team will be available on Telephone, Email, Whatsapp or Skype. We resolve most of the issues within 24 hours on weekdays. We are available to answer all your queries at firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: What are the office timings?
A: Our office timing is 9:30AM – 6:30PM IST. It will be closed every Sunday, 2nd & 4th Saturday of the month.
